6 eggs room temperature ▢water ▢pinch of salt ▢1 teaspoon vegetable oil ▢1/3 cup mayonnaise ▢salt and pepper to taste to taste


Step - 1

With care, lay the eggs in a pot of cold water and cover by approximately 1 inch. A teaspoon of vegetable oil and a pinch of salt will make them simpler to peel.  

Step - 2

Boiling water should occur over medium heat. Cover the liquid once it has come to a boil and remove it from the fire. Place aside from the heat for ten to twelve minutes.  

Step - 3

After removing the hot water and replacing it with cold water, allow the vessel to cool for a few more minutes.  

Step - 4

Shell your eggs and place them in a bowl. Chop up with a fork and mix in mayo. Add salt and pepper. Serve warm, or place in the fridge to serve cold.
